Returns and Exchanges:

Please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear or bodysuits. This policy is in place for hygiene reasons, and we appreciate your understanding. For all other items, you may return your purchase within 7 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them and issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will send out the new item(s) within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about sizing or materials, please contact our customer service team before placing your custom order.
